1. Nature of the service

NovaMine ("the Service") is a free entertainment faucet that uses a mining simulation theme. The "hashrate", "mining" and "rewards" shown to you are virtual. The Service does not perform real cryptocurrency mining of any kind and does not promise, guarantee or imply any actual cryptocurrency earnings beyond the faucet rewards described below.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. One account per person and per household is allowed. You agree not to create multiple accounts, automated accounts, or accounts operated via VPN/proxy/VPS. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules and forfeit any pending balances.

3. Rewards & withdrawals

Rewards accrue based on your virtual hashrate and are claimed at intervals the Service defines (currently every 20 minutes). Withdrawals are processed through the FaucetPay API and are subject to availability, FaucetPay acceptance rules and a service fee (currently 10%). We do not guarantee the availability of any specific payout amount or currency. If a transfer is rejected by FaucetPay, it will be refunded to your balance. Rewards are not redeemable for cash within the simulator aside from the FaucetPay faucet payouts described here.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: automate interactions of any kind, use multiple accounts, employ VPNs/proxies to bypass restrictions, abuse the claim system, attempt to break or reverse-engineer the Service, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. The Service may use Cloudflare Turnstile and IP fingerprinting to enforce these rules.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Faucet rewards are funded at the operator's discretion and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.
